Lisa Schlitzkus, Esq.

Ms. Lisa Schlitzkus is the founder of Schlitzkus Law.  She is a successful litigator who has dedicated her life to zealously representing her clients with integrity, passion and an unrivaled work ethic.   She is an aggressive attorney devoted to her clients. Lisa loves taking on challenging and difficult cases.  Lisa takes on cases that she believes in .  She limits the number of cases she takes in order to give each client  the attention they deserve.  Lisa  ensures that her client's are involved in the litigation process and are prepared for proceedings so they can remain confident in each step of the case. 

Lisa  limits her practice to personal injury cases and family law cases. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of personal service to each client.  She and the firm work closely with each client to understand their unique objectives. 

Lisa Schlitzkus received her Bachelor of Science at the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law. She previously served as President of Third Circuit Bar Association and Secretary of the Third Circuit Association for Women Lawyers. Ms. Schlitzkus trained with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy Foundation. She has served as a Supreme Court Certified Mediator in the areas of Family Law and Civil Trial Law.  Ms. Schlitzkus has served as a traffic court hearing officer, for Columbia County, since 2015.  She attends the Family Law Board Certification review course and the Civil Trial Certification review course each year.  She is a practicing member of the Florida Bar, the Federal Northern District of Florida, and Federal Middle District of Florida, the First District Court of Appeals and the Third District Court of Appeals. She regularly practices in the Third, Fourth and Eighth Circuits of Florida.  She is also a member of the Third Circuit Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, and has been recognized by Lawyers of Distinction, Super Lawyers and the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys as one of  the Ten Best Attorneys for Client Satisfaction.
